New Trick Learned

I learned a neat trick today!

Jetaime's uncle called me into the kitchen and said that he had put a magnet in an egg and one under the table and so he was able to make the egg stand up straight on its own. I knew that was quite likely not possible, but I was really curious how he did it. He encouraged me to try and make an egg balance on its own on the table.

For the first couple minutes I just played along waiting for him to explain everything and show me how, but when no explanation was forthcoming I realized he was serious and so I began carefully trying to balance the egg. Within a couple minutes I got it! It was cool to realize that you can actually balance most eggs on a flat table if you have enough patience and gentle touch. Anyways, I guess it's true that you can learn something new everyday.
